Our products are printed and shipped in the USA.


What sizes do you offer?

Most of our apparel is available in sizes Small–4X, with hoodies available up to 5X. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.


How do your shirts fit?

Our t-shirts feature a classic unisex fit that runs true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up. See our size chart page

What are your shirts made of?

Our t-shirts are made from soft, lightweight ring-spun cotton designed for all-day comfort and durability.


What are your hoodies made of?

Our hoodies feature a premium 80/20 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend with a 100% cotton face, providing warmth, comfort, and long-lasting durability.


How should I wash my apparel?

For best results, machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within (1-2) business days and typically arrive within (6-10) business days after shipment.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $3.99. Orders of $75 and over enjoy free shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.


What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from odors, pet hair, stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at redwavethreadsusa@gmail.com before returning. 


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no additional cost.


Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?

Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
